How many days do I have to pay an invoice?

By default, we will give our customers 30 days to pay their bills. In most cases, we will inform you an additional 10 days earlier in case you have an active subscription. Thus, we will send a SMS message which will inform you about upcoming bills (*only applies if you have filled in a mobile number in your profile).

After this amount of time, we will charge €15.00 euros administration costs in case you did not pay your invoice right on time.
